I have a Haro Nyquist R2 BMX bike, and would like to know some upgrades for it, if it has any. I do not want replacement parts, I want parts that will be better than the stock parts. Links to where I can find these parts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Also, could you please tell me what these parts will improve: speed, weight, etc.
