what are some unique regional fast food restaurants?

I enjoy visiting new fast food places when I travel. I went to In and Out Burger when I was in Vegas. I've been to White Castle & Maid-Rite. I want to get to a Sonic someday.

Any other suggestions or maybe ones I dont know about?

five guys is probably the best burger place out there today
