for example, it takes 5 gallons of water to make a steak, this being judged on how much water a cow consumes in its life, divided by how many steaks that cow might make. and so the average steak has 5 gallons of water. now think of how much of a waste that is for people in other places in the world that have to struggle to even get water.

so those are the type of facts im looking for, perticularely bad/sad facts. give as many as you can. or anything you think might be one! :)
