be nice, but strict on what you say and don't let up for a second while respect is needed, then let them have fun after their good and respectful, but always show them your the boss, not the group, because they'll eventually see right through you and learn how to stop you from bossing them around, if they do something bad, stop them immediately with prejudice, because if you look lazy, they'll know that you tire easily and you won't be able to keep up with them. they need to know that your the boss and their the ones to listen and do what you say, shut down trouble makers right away so they don't start thinking of mischief.
