what are some strong debate topics to persuade the school board against school uniforms?

so far we have these main topics!

* the school encourages diversity and with school uniforms we would no longer be entitled to that kind of freedom to be creative

* uniforms will not help fights because bad kids will still act up and fight no matter what they are wearing

*Baggy pants will still be baggy because kachis or whatever can still be baggy

* what will the poor pregnant people wear? they dont make maternity uniforms

* what will slightly larger people wear?

*uniforms will still cause people to be made fun of!! what if you are made fun of because your polo is dirty or your hair is messy?

* uniforms like polos and kachis will not stop disruptions in class! most class disruptions are from people telling a joke or doing something stupid! not on clothes!!!

okay first of all POOR PREGNANT PEOPLE ? wow ! way to make your point by calling other people poor !

here some good one's
* people will still be made fun because some people will wear the [ Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, American Eagle, Aeropostale Polo's & Khaki's ] while other's can only afford [ Walmart ]!
* their shoes, some people won't be able to afford name brand shoes!
* Teen's will find anything they can to pick on each other!
* Why just keep the old dress code but enforce it more harshly ! When someone breaks the rules why not, give out more detentions ; try saturday detentions ; suspensions ; ISS's ; or cafeteria duty or something like that !
* You encourage indivuality right ? Well your only taking it away from us if you should choose to make us wear uniforms ! Make us want to defy the rules more !
* We shouldn't have to submit to dressing like clones !
