I have tried running, but I just dont enjoy it! To be honest I would really rather be shot and fall over dead than run for exercise! My older sister is a runner, and she is so slim it makes me depressed. Im not saying I want to be a stick, but I know I need to get healthier. I am 15, and I am not comfortable with myself. I have went bulimic for a while, but I hate puking. Ive tried not eating. But what can I say...I LOVE FOOD! My whole life I have been single, and all of my friends and family have had boyfriends, or even just people liking them! But, Im the ugly duckling. And I really want to change that! Any ideas as to what a 15 (almost 16) yr. old girl would enjoy for exercise?? Something like Yoga or swimming? The thing is...Its hard when I exercise alone. I need something that would be enjoyable when im by myself?
