I'm on the debate team at school and this year I want to make my own Affirmative plan. The resolution is 'The United States Federal Government should susbstantially increase social services for persons living in poverty in the United States.' I want it to be about Education and how if everyone was smarter(?), they could get better jobs and so on. Education solves for poverty.
But honsetly, I have no idea what I'm doing. I'm not sure what websites to go onto for help and I have no idea what my plan would even say. Please help with just some general things about making a plan. Or maybe some ideas for a plan. And maybe even some websites I can check out. I am so lost.
