I am a 23 year old woman and I am very overweight, I have a very high bmi! I want to exercise to help lose the weight but I am not sure what exercises are good to do without going to the gym?! I don't like walking as it hurts my lower back so can anybody advise me of other effective exercises please?! Thanks
Flux I think you will find that I am asking advice to help because I want to sort it out! I used to be fit and healthy and exercise so I do know what aches and pains are gained from exercise! How dare you say I am not worth the advice, I am wanting to do something about my weight which is more than what many people do!
