What are some silly ways to recognize a person's birthday at summer camp?

Next week I am going on my summer church camp and we have 3 or 4 people that will be having birthdays during that week. I have been put in charge of the "birthday party committee," which means I have to figure out a silly way to recognize the birthday person. Any ideas for silly/fun ways this can be done? Also, I think my youth pastor would prefer that it be something that can be done in the mess hall at lunch, but I'm open to all ideas. Thanks!

Buy gag gifts, (such as a barbie doll, a dog toy, a light bulb, ect.) and present them to them at lunch. Have everybody sing happy birthday to them, but each person has to do it in a different key. Make paper chains and hang them around the his/her neck at lunchtime. Find a silly wig to wear and have them wear it for the rest of the day. Give them a special treat, (candy bar, bowl of icecream, cupcake, muffin, ect.). Is there an intercom at the camp? Shout happy birthday into the intercom so that the whole camp knows whose birthday it is. Make a banner saying "HAPPY BIRTHDAY ______" and hang it up in the mesh hall, if you can. If you can't hang it up where they can see it. I hope I helped! :)
