I'm doing a project for school, and i was wondering wha some scenarios are when a business would send out a market survey? I already have a scenario when a product got recalled, and business has been down since, so the owner of the"business" is trying to see why people aren't buying it again, w-even though its safe. Any help would be appreciated!
