I keep pulling or straining this deep inner muscle when I get into any workout routine that involves squats or actual strengthening of this area. I have multiple sclerosis that as a daily lasting symptom affects the left side of my body. I believe this is probably the main contributing factor to my repeated injury. My routine rotates around - walking; the Firm Bootcamp (beginner's variation now); mini-stepper; pilates; and light weights, I wonder is there some other excercise I can try, after this most recent injury heals a little, that will help to strengthen the area surrounding and therefore better support this area while engaged in more strenuous activity? It just seems to take so long to heal, very frustrating.
