I am preparing for medical school and I am looking for a backpack that is professional. I really like LL Bean backpacks (I use one now) but I am not sure if it looks too young. I will be carrying it to and from formal labs (dressy clothing). My question is: Will an LL Bean bag work (what color) or do you have another suggestion. Thanks!
I like the messenger bag, but I am worried that it won't hold all of my supplies. Large textbooks, computer, binders, medical equip., etc. But I do love the leather look.
What about this, in dark brown?: http://www.ebags.com/kenneth_cole_reaction_business_and_luggage/leather_computer_backpack/product_detail/index.cfm?modelid=112005

Hope this helps. Have fun at Med School.

No such thing as a professional looking backpack. You can get a nice shoulder bag with a strap long enough to loop over your neck and one shoulder that is pretty easy to carry. You can also get a shoulder bag with a zipped compartment that opens up to reveal shoulder straps like a back pack to use once you leave the formal environment.

I think LL Bean looks fine, the more neutral the more professional: black, brown, cream... If you want to look REALLY professional then go with like a laptop bag or something like it.

~Hope this helped!!~

***Altitude Brands are pretty professional***
