What are some popular commercial radio stations in California?

I'd like to listen to a bit of internet radio and want to listen to some popular commercial radio stations in the US. Thought I'd start off with L.A or California as a whole but have no idea which stations have the most listeners.
Can anyone help? I'm after general / pop stations, the kind Mr Average has his car radio tuned into.
