What are some of the new high tech careers in the field of Chemistry?

I'm finishing highschool soon. I'm still confused about my higher study choices.

I'm presently considering three fields,
1)Medical Research
2)Computer Security Analysis
3)Chemistry

I like to be a medical researcher but I'm a bit set back at teh amount of education I have to receive.

I'm looking for a high tech career which has lots of space for growth and innovation. Suggestions out of these three fields are also welcome.
