What are some nice upgrades for a 2002 toyota camry?

Im lookin for performance as well as visual. Air intake is always good. Keep in mind i have a tight budget around 1500. The camry is an L4 engine with automatic tranny
Okay guys im a teenager and i am really into cars and i get the whole tuning thing. I understand civics and nissans are usually much better for tuning. It is possible that i might inheret this camry thats why i was curious. but its good to know that it could lose power
 
Chances are you could actually LOSE power without some suporting mods for an intake. Check recent Import Tuner article for details. If I were you I would find a civic/240sx etc beater and fix that instead. Always better to start with a car with some sort of aftermarket support.
 
Seriously, a toyota camry?

Get a real vehicle if you want performance spending 1500 on car with a lawnmower engine in the attempt to give it performance is pointless
