I am looking to buy a house or land maybe 1.5-2 hrs from chicago. It doesn't matter which direction but maybe a neighborhood that would be in the direction of michigan. Not too close to michigan just in that direction of IL. I want a nice family neighborhood that's upper class. My budget is 1 million. Can anyone give advice?
