What are some lyric poems and odes?

Please give me two examples of LYRIC POEM (it must be lyrics poem. not just any poem) and two ODES written by Englishmen or American writers. So all in all there are four answers (2 lyric poem and 2 odes). Please indicate the writer/author too. Thank you.
