I'm attempting to drop about 15 pounds and get back into the sort of shape I was when I played football. I've been working out regularly and trying to eat right/better, but I feel like I've plateaued right here. I know that I've always had issues maintaining weight regardless of how I eat/live, so I feel as though it's my metabolism. I mean, I'm no fitness expert, but it makes sense to me, so any thoughts forum?
