What are some important things for camping?

Tomorrow am going out camping with some school friends
and since this is my first time
i was wondering,
what are the important things to get??
 
cooler, water, ice, sleeping bag, extra clothes , extra shoes, knife, plastic cutlery, fire, tent, sleeping bag, tent, there's a lot of stuff. it depends on how comfortable you want to be.
