What are some healthy meals that don't require a lot cooking?

I HATE to cook, but I want to eat healthier. I am working on losing weight by exercising and making changes to my diet. What foods can I eat that don't require a lot of cooking (minimal preparation). I don't really want to eat these Lean Cuisine meals, I want fresh food.
 
i really love tilapia and salmon then dont take long to cook at all and sper healthy!!!! and steamed veggies, or a baked potatoe...
 
Salads are the best known way of losing weight but some work and some don't work. But the best thing about salads is that they are completely customizable, and don't take a lot of time to prepare, you just need a bowl, a fork, food necessities, salad bag or head, and your favorite (if) dressing(s).
