What are some great colleges to visit on the East Coast?

I'm planning on going in the summer (road trip style) starting in Virginia and maybe ending up in Maine? And, yes, I'm one of those kids with a 4.0 GPA (don't hate). UVA is definitely on my list already. Any suggestions? Thanks!
 
The best college town is Boston. There are 30 colleges in the city, Harvard, MIT, Tufts and BC top the list. Yale (Connecticut) and Brown (Rhode Island) are on the way from NYC to Boston - though the cities of Providence and New Haven are underwhelming. Georgetown and UM, College Park in the DC area.

You might wanna start in North Carolina - Duke and UNC Chapel Hill are damn good schools.
