My fiancee had a big sports accident and is entirely helpless right now and can't walk. She's out of the hospital now and I spend so much time taking care of her that I don't have a lot of time to cook extensively now, but still want to make simple dinners because she likes home-cooked meals. She likes fish, chicken, turkey, beef, veil, lamb, vegetables, fruits, rice, pasta, etc...Ideas on simple yet good dinners I can make?
