What are some good ways to prepare myself for this hike?

In July I am hiking the Juan De Fuca trail (In British Colombia, Canada. Near Victoria or Vancouver I think) with my family. I've never done such hard core hiking before, I've only done day hikes, walk up a mountain, set up a tent, sleep and walk down.
What are some exercises I can do to help prepare myself physically for this challenge, and what can I expect whilst hiking it?
So far all I know is that I hike for 5 - 7 hours a day, set up a tent sleep, take it down, hike again, five days in a row. Tons of bridges, hills, trees, water, yaddah yaddah.
thanks a billio

I am a 14 year old female. 135 pounds, 5'4.
I don't play any sports, but I walk to and from school every day (20 minutes there, 20 minutes back, with a heavy back pack. Like four textbooks daily and all of the papers and note books I have acquired since september) and I have 40 minutes of PE a day, where I put in about %75 effort.
Although I do need more exercise. I am thinking of going for a run daily, (20-30 minutes) and do about half an hour to an hour of pilates nightly, in addition to what I am doing now, and every second week end hiking some trails out side of the city I am in right now. (so that would be about one to three hours of hiking, no heavy backpack.)

is there anything else I should be doing?
