What are some good ways to exercise?

I'm 13 and I feel i need to lose some weight. I hate sports and I'm terrible at them. I don't like to dance and exercise is so boring to me so i know there has to be some other options.
 
I was also facing this problem few months ago. I can suggest you some tips for it:

First don't think more about extra fat. Only think & speak, I am healthy, I have ideal weight.

There are 4 pillars of good health:

1- Proper Nutrition

You have to avoid more oily food, junk food, cold drinks etc. take 34 plant nutrients for best health:
