I want to buy a good unlocked phone that works on AT&T.
I am interested in buying a phone that has built in WIFI I know if you get a phone from AT&T that you are forced to buy an annoying 3g data plan which is like millions times more expensive than it needs to be.
Don't try to convince me into buying the data plan my parents won't buy it for me.
Also do you know of any phones where i can limit 3g access and use WIFI only for internet so I wont be charged.

Also if I tell AT&T I bought an unlocked phone such as texting phone like the samsung impression will they force me into buying a texting plan. I know if you use the Iphone unlocked without an unlimited data plan AT&T can stop your service at any time it wants.
