What are some good TV shows?

I like shows such as The Office, Community, South Park, Family Guy, Parks & Recreation, and How I Met Your Mother.

I dislike lame sitcoms like Two and a Half Men and The Big Bang Theory.

I'm really interested in comedy shows that feature excellent characters.
What are some good shows with excellent character development that I could watch?
