What are some good tires for a lot of driving on a 1998 Honda civic? Tire size

and brand? I do a lot of driving on my 1998 Honda civic. I am looking for the best tire size and brand for the money. I have 15" rims with low profile tires that wear out pretty bad (it's lowered but not too much)
I have a budget of maybe under $220..
