What are some good survival horror games i should buy?

I own every resident evil, so dont mention it. I want a game that will scare me extremely bad. I heard dead space was kind of scary but it doesnt look like it. I cant wait till the new silent hill comes out. Btw i have wii ps3 and xbox so feel free to do any of them. Also tell me which game scared you the most. Hopefully it wasnt re:5.lol
