What are some good sports camps (co-ed or girls only) in the upper mid-west?

I'm a very athletic twelve year old. I played basketball for a year at school, now I just play at home with my friends every night. I played softball for three years and i'm thinking about going out for my school again at the try outs this weekend. I currently play hockey with a community group as the goalie, it's my first year but I have always been an avid fan of the Red Wings.

Are there any really good sports camps (co-ed or girls only) for hockey, basketball, or softball in the upper mid-west (mainly the great lake states WHICH ARE part of the MW) region?
