I stress the word "Undergraduate"
As I understand it, schools like MIT and Harvard are the places to be if you're a Graduate student or doing research, but many say that they lack the teaching and instruction necessary in good undergraduate programs, and professors there seem to care more about their grad students. Do you know of any good schools with great undergrad physics departments?
