Wow! I've read all of those, and I loved them!! (Some more so than others, but yeah) Except for Kimi wa Boyfriend... And I think I may read that now since our tastes are so similar.
Good romantic manga:
Beauty Pop - One of my favourites, besides Fruits Basket, Dengeki Daisy, High School Debut and KWMS! and it's really good.. I also liked that it was only 10 volumes... Sometimes I like the shorter ones. Anyways, it's cute, and the main character reminds me of Haruhi in Ouran High School Host Club. Really funny, and I LOVED it.
Gakuen Alice - Also really good, but slightly different than the others... It's more like Dengeki Daisy where there's a lot of action, adventure, tragedy in it... Also like Fruits Basket in that way. But cute, funny, and romantic. It's also nearing its conclusion, it's on its final arc! The setting is also kind of different.
La Corda D'oro - Reverse harem (like Ouran High School Host Club). And I think it'd be something I wouldn't normally like, but I actually do like it a lot, and I enjoy it.
D.N. Angel - Supernatural, so I'm not sure if you'll be a fan of it... Since you don't like vampires (I don't like them either, tired of them in the literary world...), but it's pretty good. Interesting concept where two (not sure what to call it) 'souls' or 'entities,' maybe, share the same body, and they switch when the girl they love is near, and their heart starts beating for her. Not one I overtly enjoy, but, still really good, and has lots of fans for a reason. Some funny stuff.... Not as much though.
Full Moon wo Sagashite - About a girl with a beautiful voice and a tragic past. It's really sweet. Less comedy, more romance.
The Gentlemen's Alliance Cross - By the same mangaka as Full Moon wo Sagashite, and I liked this as well. Less comedy, more romance.
Lovely Complex - Has a large focus on comedy. I didn't find it THAT funny, but the majority of people find it hilarious, so you probably would. Not one of my favourites, but I did complete it. For comedy, I prefer Ouran High School Host Club and High School Debut...
Fushigi Yuugi: Genbu Kaiden - Historical romance by Yuu Watase. She made Fushigi Yuugi: The Mysterious Play first, but Genbu Kaiden is A LOT better and it's a huge improvement from the Mysterious Play. I personally did not like The Mysterious Play. Genbu Kaiden was pretty good though, and I'm glad I gave it a chance. This is just a recommendation in the romance category in general... Not a lot of comedy, and there's a lot of seriousness.
Skip Beat! - You might find that the romance comes slowly though, because she closed her heart when her heart was broken, and her heart doesn't really "open" until chapter 170... Just warning you now. I still like it though, and I've been following it for a while. It's ongoing. There's also a showbiz aspect to it. The girl is also very strong-willed and determined, but there's a kind of foolish side to her as well-she believes in fairies and fairy tales. She's also quite stubborn.
Hilarious.
Boy of the Female Wolf - A gender bender manhwa by Han Yu-rang (famous for gender bender manhwa). Has a lot of comedy in it... Don't like the artwork much, though. Or really the romance that much... But it's decent, and it drew me in, so, not too shabby. It also has its fair share of fans, and you might want to give it a go, since it's something different.
The Wallflower - To be honest, I don't like this one... But I haven't come across anyone who doesn't (it's just me), so that must say something. This is kind of like Kimi Ni Todoke where there's a 'scary' girl, and friends around her try to reform her, but in The Wallflower, the main character is not actually sweet and kind with a great personality, she's actually what she seems-scary. And "ugly." There's also comedy in here... But I still didn't like it. Don't let my personal opinions put you off though, this one has a lot of excellent reviews.
