Ouran Highschool host club: a really funny and cute anime about a girl who goes to a school, and ends up having to work for these guys at the school to pay off a debt to them by pretendiing to be a guy. Along the way, she ends up developing friendships and relationships with the guys. I dont want to say too much because the first like, 2 episodes were really boring because all the summaries i read online gave them away completely.
Lovely Complex: this is also a really funny anime about the relationship between a tall girl and a short boy, and how the girl ends up liking the boy, even though he really only sees her as his comedy partner. I really love this anime because it was funny but also romantic all while taking place during the time that the teens are in highschool, perfect for what you asked.
Kimi ni Todoke: this was a good anime too, but the last episode was diappointing. It's about a really shy girl and a really popular guy who brings her out of her shell, and their changing relationship.
anyways, they were all good. I dont know if you can find them on youtube, but you can watch them just as easily (and just as free!) on watchanimeon.com (kimi ni todoke) or animefreak.com (you can watch all on this website, but about halfway through kimi ni todoke I had some problems and had to switch to the other site). good luck, I hope you like them!
