What are some good photography institutes?

I would like to attend Brooks Institute of Photography, but I need some other schools to apply to incase I don't get in to Brooks. I don't want to put all my eggs in one basket, so what are some "safe schools" I could consider?
 
once you go looking at the best photo schools you end up with yes, Brooks and then RIT and Sharidan College of Arts and Tech.
Others out there but these are the top three that I know of in order.
