What are some good outdoor winter ideas?

Ice skating, sledding, tubing, building snowmen, build a snow fort, have a snowball fight, making snow angels, downhill and cross country skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing, sleigh rides, snowmobiling.

That's all I could come up with at the moment.
 
snoboarding, build an igloo, build a snowman/snow woman, snowball fight, there's lots to do!
 
If you're by snow, sledding, skiing, snowboarding, building snowmen... If not near snow watch TV or go out somewhere. You could also read, write or draw...
 
Uh, it's just about spring. I guess this shows that global warming is a big lie.

Can't keep them indoors another minute? Send them out with these ideas for fun activities out -of -doors. Dress them warm and let them get some fresh air and exercise. They'll come back in hungry and ready for some quieter activities. Here goes:

Make a snow angel by lying on your back in the snow and spreading out your arms to the side then moving them up and down. Get up carefully and see your angel with wing prints.
Build a snow fort. Have a snow ball fight.
Build a snowman. Give him a carrot nose and a hat.
Take a walk and look for animal tracks.
Play chase , tag, or, hide and seek.
Plant pansies. They do well in a moderate climate all winter.
Wash the car.
Ride your bike or scooter.
Jump on a trampoline.
Shovel snow.
Build an igloo.
Feed the birds.
Wrap in a big stadium blanket and sit on the porch swing.
Bird watch.
Scavenger hunt for seasonal stuff.
Collect pinecones for decorations, fire starters, wreaths, study,src.
Watch the sunset.
Go fishing.
Skip stones across the pond or lake.
Dig a new flower bed for spring planting.
Repair dog house. Paint the house. Add hay for warm bedding.
Look for poetry ideas.
Hunt spiderwebs.
Take photos of trees. Compare to summer.
Ice skate.
Go sledding.
Put up a bird feeder.
Pick up litter and put away summer equipment.
Visit with neighbors.

Look for winter plants to look up later and study.
Make a list of the trees in your yard. make a neighborhood map. Color it later inside.
Power walk or jog.
Go out at night and see the stars.
Feed ducks and water birds.
Look at Christmas lights. decorate a yard tree.
 
is it games or a project?
If its activities then, building a snowman or get wrapped up and go to the woods with dogs or something silly.
