My husband and I have a beautiful 2 year old girl, but we both miss her being a little baby and are starting to think about trying again. The issue is my cycles have been thrown way off kilter between having a baby, breastfeeding, and trying to find the birth control that works for me. Does anyone know of natural vitamins and/or herbs that will help regulate my ovulation and menstrual cycles so we have something to work with?
