I have anxiety attacks where i know when its about to happen and i have like 20secs b4 i pass out. What are some good medicines for this pain? aspirin and tylenol doesn't seem to work.

Get a massage and relax. Use ice on paining areas and increase water intake, eat regularly and watch what you eat.
