i am 15, and i weigh 150 pounds. I live near the beach and look at all the skinny girls and i wanna be like them and i am willing to work hard. I want to have a flat stomach. My weight causes me to have alot of depression. I am also very insecure. As i said im willing to work hard! i am not interested in taking pills i want to work hard and give myself credit for getting myself through it! If you could please list some good tips, great exercises, healthy meals, and anything else you think i will need to know to get through this. PLEASE HELP ME!!
