What are some good graduate schools I should look at if I'm interested in antiquity?

I'd like to find a grad school with a program where I could focus mostly on the history of ancient civilizations. I'd like to find somewhere in NY or at least the east coast if I could
Also, is being proficient in a few languages going to be a requirement for most programs?
 
So you wan't to study history? It sounds like you are just looking for a history program. Generally programs are just generic in nature, history, english, etc, and you do your research and take your classes in your speciality area. So, you are really just looking for a history program. Virtually all good colleges have a graduate program in history.

And yes, you will need proficiency in 1-3 foreign languages depending on where and how far you go.
