What are some good gaming headsets for Xbox 360?

im looking for ones similar to the MLG headsets. im not too concerned with price. but i would like to know any that are durable and good quality. ive tried doing some searching online but i cant find that many.
im looking for a complete headset with mic. not just a one ear piece of junk.
