I'm 15 and I was born with High Cholesterol and I've always been on a pretty strict diet. My parents are letting me be more independent now and that includes taking control over my own diet. Fat Free food has always tasted disgusting besides skim milk. What are some foods that wont actually kill me but still taste pretty good?
