What are some good fake illnesses to get you out of school?

I really don't want to go to school tomorrow but my mom knows the usual fake illnesses because my brother used to fake a lot. She knows fever, stomach ache, head ache, pretty much the usual.

Please help, and if you're going to say just go to school, then don't bother answering.
