What are some good exercises?

I am going to be making an exercise program to tone and slim almost all problem areas.
It will be targetting areas such as the mid-section/abs, triceps and biceps, legs, and thighs.
My program will be 1 hour consisting,
10 minutes of yoga
10 minutes of stretching
10 minutes of total body exercises
10 minutes of weight training (I may be buying 10 and 20 lb weights but right now im stuck with 2, 3, and 5 lbs ones)
20 mins of cardio
I have a few exercises in mind for a few groups but i would like some suggestions.

Please send me links or descriptions of the different workouts per each group.
