what are some good exercises to target these specific areas?

okay guys and girls i have recently discovered a new passion. which is working out. i love it but i would prefer a gym and at the moment i can't go to mine anymore. so i want to lose a little weight (five or ten pounds) but mostly i want to tone up and gain muscle. the area i have the most trouble with is my hips or love handles. they are just big for my body. if you could tell me some good target exercises for that i would love it. also my thighs are big... and i would definitely like to tone them up lot along with my calves. another is my side abdominal and lower abdominal.i want alot of muscle there. and last my upper arms... no matter how much i work them out i cant get rid of that little dangly flab lol thanks so much for answering:)
