What are some good Exercises to do?

I would like to lose 15 lbs, because I am 145 lbs at 5'5" and i am almost on the mark of being over weight. My BMI is 24.1 and I would like to be 21.6 at the same height. I am still a teenager, but I would like to just get rid of my tummy, ya know make it look appealing.. haha.. so By the end of the summer or even sooner, I would like to weigh at least 130 lbs. I need some good tips to help me get there.

run/jog/walk, and if you lift weights do it in high repetitions. eat yogurt, drink orange juice and plenty of water, and seriously run about 2 miles a day in under 15 minutes.
