what are some good exercise's to do at home and gym to shed my weight?

don't be depressed! once you start losing weight, you'll feel a lot better!!!

-try to do some sit ups during the day.do as many as you can. then, maybe in a little bit, try to do some more.
-pushups are hard to do. when you first start doing them, put your hands on the edge of a desk, table etc. and stand far from it so your body is slanted. then, push yourself up and down. its easier than doing it the regular way
-when at the gym, try to build muscle because muscles burn calories, even when you're sitting still!
