What are some good Dystopian/sci-fi books? I feel like I've read them all?

I'm looking for some really good dystopian/post apocalyptic/science fiction books. (I like futuristic sci-fi, not the alien kind). anyone who can recommend some will be my hero. Ps, I'm 14.

Some of my favorites are:
~The Hunger Games - Suzanne Collins
~Unwind - Neal Shusterman (and all of his other books)
~All of Scott Westerfeld's books (Uglies, Midnighters, etc.)
~Gone Series - Michael Grant
~The Knife of Never Letting Go - Patrick Ness
~The House of the Scorpion - Nancy Farmer
~All of Madeline L'Engle's books (A Wrinkle in Time, etc.)
~Truancy - Isamu Fukui
~The Host - Stephenie Meyer (The only alien book I've ever liked)
~Hole in The Sky - Pete Hautmen.
~Maximum Ride Series - James Patterson (they were okay, but not wonderful.)
~The Giver - Lois Lowry (as well as the books that follow.)
~Shadow Children series - Magarett Haddix

These are all that I can think of right now. If anyone's read any of these and can recommend other things, I would REALLY appreciate it.

(I'm not looking for fantasy, though, so please don't recommend any fantasy books) Thank you!!!
Sorry that this is so much info!
