What are some good debit card credit building programs?

The only one I've heard of is Eufora. Have you used one? What were your experiences? Do regular banks offer these programs? What are the pros and cons of using a program like this?
 
Read all lthe fine print if you ever get the Eufora card. Some cards charge you for each transaction, for putting money in, not to mention a set up fee and a monthly fee, oh, and the inactivity fee.
Also, some online retailers do not accept these "off brand" cards.

If you are 17 or older consider opening a student checking account at your local bank. You will receive an ATM/debit card. When you turn 18 just ask for a Visa card attached to your checking account.
