I am looking for a turn signal switch for a 1979 Ford F-150. My brake light's won't work and I already know this is the problem I just need the part.
I have already tried Ford Co., Napa, Auto Zone, Checkers, Mac's, LMC truck, and JC Whitney.
The blinker does work, and yes the switch underneath on the pedal works I have checked it with a volt meter. Also my dad has, He has fully restored a 1978 Bronco.
A couple days before I realized the brake lights did not work my blinker switch (white thing inside steering column) snapped and creaked and now it does not hold the blinker to the right.
It has been recommended to me by a man I know who used to own a mechanic shop, Also my dad believes so too.
