Normally my exercise of choice would be swimming, but that isn't much of an option until the summer. What are some good substitutes and how often should I be doing it per week?
An additional note, I've had asthma since the day I was born so running is a bit difficult for me, I feel like I get tired out too quickly for an effective workout. Any ideas?
