okay, i am 16 years old and i weight about 200 pounds, obviously that is waaaay too much for someone my age to weigh, so i want to lose weight, my goal is to lose about fifty pounds, i am 5ft 6in tall, and im looking to lose the weight in mainly my stomach and thighs, but also in my butt, and my arms as well, what are some good calorie burning exercises i can to do target these specific areas?
